How to send us your documents

Almost every problem we see at this stage comes from an unusable photograph, so it is worth thirty seconds of care. Lay each page flat, photograph it in daylight without a shadow across the sheet, and frame the whole page, including the stamps and the signature at the foot. Photograph the reverse side whenever it carries any wording. A scan at 300 dpi is ideal, but a careful phone photograph is perfectly acceptable.
Originals are not needed to start. Certain certifications require the expert to have seen the original document: we tell you at quotation stage if your file is affected, and the handover point is then agreed with you by appointment.
Confidentiality
One expert handles your file. Documents never circulate outside the translation chain, and they can be deleted after delivery on request. For contracts, court decisions and company records, a written non-disclosure undertaking can be signed before you send anything.
To get your request handled first time
- One photograph per page, flat, stamps and signatures included, and the reverse side if it carries wording
- Your target language and the destination country
- Your filing date or real deadline
- The official list of documents, if the organisation has given you one
Before you write to us
What is the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp. You can attach photographs of your documents directly, which lets us count the pages and quote a firm price in 15 to 20 minutes. Email adds an extra round trip.
What are your hours?
Requests are handled 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week (GMT, Abidjan time), public holidays included. A message sent outside those hours is handled at the next opening; rush quotes keep priority.
Can I drop off my documents in person?
It is not necessary: we work from scanned or photographed documents. A handover point for paper copies is agreed case by case, by appointment.
I live abroad. Can you still handle my file?
Yes. Documents travel by WhatsApp or email, the signed PDF reaches you wherever you are, and paper copies can be collected in Abidjan by a relative or shipped at your cost.
